Personal Computer
is any general-purpose computer whose size, capabilities, is intended to be operated directly by an end user, with no intervening computer operator. As of 2009, a PC may be a desktop computer, a laptop computer or a tablet computer. The most common operating systems for personal computers are Microsoft Windows, Mac OS and Linux, while the most common microprocessors are x86-compatible CPUs.

Blue Screen of Death ( BSOD )
computer operating systems have a special type of error message that will display on screen when the system has experienced a fatal error. Computer users have dubbed these messages screens of death as they typically result in unsaved work being lost and often indicate serious problems with the system's hardware or software. Screens of death are usually the result of a kernel panic, although the terms are frequently used interchangeably. Most screens of death are displayed on an even background color with a message advising the user to restart the computer.

Wireless Networking
refers to any type of computer network that is wireless, and is commonly associated with a telecommunications network whose interconnections between nodes is implemented without the use of wires. Wireless telecommunications networks are generally implemented with some type of remote information transmission system that uses electromagnetic waves, such as radio waves, for the carrier and this implementation usually takes place at the physical level or "layer" of the network.

Computer Monitor ( LCD )
The display device in modern monitors is typically a thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) thin panel, while older monitors use a cathodic ray tube about as deep as the screen size. If your screen is craked, has no image or it flickers we can replace any model.

Desktop Power Problems
A power supply is a switch with on and off supply designed to convert 110-240 V AC power from the mains supply, to several output both positive (and historically negative) DC voltages in the range + 12V,-12V,+5V,+5VBs and +3.3V. The first generation of computers power supplies were linear devices, but as cost became a driving factor, and weight became important, switched mode supplies are almost universal. Some of the most common issue are that the system will not turn on anymore, shuts down very frquent or you notice it gets very hot. Which ever the case may be we can diagnose and repair the problem.

Antivirus Software
Antivirus or anti-virus software is used to prevent, detect, and remove malware, including computer viruses, worms, and trojan horses. Such programs may also prevent and remove adware, spyware, and other forms of malware. Over the years we have tested and used many but there is only one we use in the company and for personal use when it comes to prevention, detection, speed and removal of harmful componets. Eset! Comes in two Flavors for the windows systems, which is eset smart security and nod32.

The first generation of computers power supplies were linear devices, but as cost became a driving factor, and weight became important, switched mode supplies are almost universal. Some of the most common issue are that the system will not charge anymore, it must always be plugged in, does not fully charge, or have to wiggle the power cord so it can charge again. Which ever the case may be we can diagnose and repair the problem.

Data Recovery and Backup
Is the process of salvaging data from damaged, failed, corrupted, or inaccessible secondary storage media when it cannot be accessed normally. Often the data are being salvaged from storage media such as hard disk drives, storage tapes, CDs, DVDs, RAID, and other electronics. Recovery may be required due to physical damage to the storage device or logical damage to the file system that prevents it from being mounted by the host operating system. If your system has crashed and need to recover the data we can support you with advanced clean rooms to recover all information and or to transfer the data to your new system. We can also provide you with daily backups and or advice on buying your own hardware.

Desktop Memory
Is The main memory for fast storage that is directly accessible by the CPU, and is used to store the currently executing program and immediately needed data. PCs use semiconductor random access memory (RAM) of various kinds such as DRAM, SDRAM or SRAM as their primary storage. Which exact kind depends on cost/performance issues at any particular time. Main memory is much faster than mass storage devices like hard disks or optical discs, but is usually volatile, meaning it does not retain its contents instructions or data in the absence of power, and is much more expensive for a given capacity than is most mass storage.Memory upgrades is one of the best ways and most economical to improve your systems performance. It is also one of the easiest ways to do lots of damage to your system mainly because you do not ground yourself and or installing the wrong type of memory.

Windows Operating Systems
Is a family of proprietary operating systems most commonly used on personal computers. It is the most common family of operating systems for the personal computer, with about 90% of the market share. Currently, the most widely used version of the Windows family is Windows XP. The newest version is Windows 7 for personal computers. We can help you upgrading from your current version and or teaching, adjust to your needs.

Laptop Memory
SO-DIMM memory modules that are usually found in laptops are about half the size of desktop DIMMs.They may be accessible from the bottom of the laptop for ease of upgrading, or placed in locations not intended for user replacement such as between the keyboard and the motherboard. Currently, most midrange laptops are factory equipped with 3–4 GB of DDR2 RAM, while some higher end notebooks feature up to 8 GB of DDR3 memory. Netbooks however, are commonly equipped with only 1 GB of RAM to keep manufacturing costs low.Memory upgrades is one of the best ways and most economical to improve your systems performance. It is also one of the easiest ways to do lots of damage to your system mainly because you do not ground yourself and or installing the wrong type of memory.
